The Gym

The RPMAA gym is available to anybody who is 16 years old or over and membership will cost £10 a month to access the gym. We advise new members opt in for a gym induction when signing up for membership, as this will help you learn how to use the equipment properly and safely.

Due to COVID-19 we have booking slots with limited spaces available for the use of the gym which can be found on the 'Russell Perks MAA' app.

The gym consists of:

  • 2 Treadmills

  • 2 Upright exercise bikes

  • An assault air-bike

  • A rowing machine

  • 2 Olympic barbells

  • A trap bar

  • 2 adjustable weight benches

  • Weight plates ranging from 5kg-25kg

  • A power rack

  • A free standing dumbbell rack containing weights from 5kg-30kg

  • A 3 way plyometric box

Gym Rules

  • Use facilities and equipment at your own risk

  • Use equipment properly and follow directions carefully

  • Do not lean on the equipment, keep your hands away from moving parts

  • No food or hot drinks while using the gym equipment

  • You must be 16 or over to use the gym

  • Correct fitness attire is required. No boots, sandals or bare feet

  • Report any damaged equipment immediately

  • Always be respectful of others in the gym

  • Please return all equipment to its place and wipe down machines after use

  • Throw away all rubbish

  • You can arrive at any time during your booked time slot as long as you are out by the end

  • Please use hand sanitser when entering and leaving the gym

  • Wipe down all your equipment with the wipes provided when you are finished with them

Saturday & Sunday:

8:30am - 10:30am

10:30am - 12:30pm

Evening Slots:

Monday - Friday:

4:30pm - 6:30pm

6:30pm - 8:30pm

Closed for bank holidays
