Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
Our Kid's Kickboxing program is designed to help children develop discipline, hand-eye coordination, confidence, fitness levels, strength and much more.
Classes consist of punching, kicking, footwork and cardio drills as well as tons of fun!
