Kids Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. 

Our kids kickboxing program is designed to help children develop discipline, hand eye co-ordination, confidence, fitness levels, strength and much more.

Classes consist of punching, kicking, foot work and cardio drills as well as tonnes of fun!
